Pros
I've been using this platform at my organization for giving feedback to both seniors and juniors. The visibility feature really motivates employees to stay engaged since others can see the activity. The interface is tidy plus I like how it shows a ranking-based circle on your profile that gives you a quick visual of where you stand.
Cons
The interface could really benefit from like or reaction buttons on uploaded pictures, would give it more of a social media feel. I wouldn't say I dislike anything major but since this is an app that gets updated regularly, adding more web-based interactive features would be pretty helpful.

Pros
The interface makes sense and makes it easy to organize everything by categories. I love that you can add personalized messages and showcase both your soft and technical skills to help others understand your strengths better. It's an excellent tool for recognition overall.
Cons
I haven't found anything to dislike about this tool and I'm glad it was made available to everyone. I've been using it since the beginning and have watched it get better each year.

“Amazing motivator for our team”
Pros
I really appreciate how this brings out the human side of workplace interactions and makes sure everyone's hard work gets noticed. It's been an amazing motivator that pushes each team member to excel in their own role.
Cons
The feedback system could use some work. It would be great if there was a better way to recognize employees who are doing well which might encourage more people to actually give feedback in the first place.

Pros
When you integrate all the apps (StarMeUP, BetterMe and BeThere), it becomes like a social network for your organization. You get this incredible 360-degree view of whats happening across everything.
Cons
I wish there was a multi-account option since I work with several partner companies that all use this system. Having to log out and back in every time I need to switch between accounts is really inconvenient, being able to toggle between them would make my workflow so much smoother.
