“Fantastic when it works”
Pros
When it works, it is fantastic allowing employees to manage their own records. Also it has helped us automate payroll and track donor timesheets.
Cons
The estimated time for fixing issues has often been a lot which means we end up spending more time testing, checking, providing feedback and suggesting what needs to be done.

“easy to use with great security features”
Pros
StrandumHR platform is user-friendly, the reporting feature is very handy and accessing employee details is pretty easy. Plus the ability to set different security profiles for restricted access is a great feature.
Cons
One thing I noticed is that the rostering feature is still being developed but we are confident that it will eventually meet our needs.

Pros
It has so many fantastic features. Also it is easy to use and the support team was proven very helpful for us during the setup process.
Cons
I have not found anything I dislike about it yet. It offers so many features so it's really just about getting accustomed to the system.

The interface is easy to navigate for our employees. They can manage their profiles, submit leave requests and update their timesheets without issues.
Cons
Some of the administrative tasks are not as user friendly like the impersonate function which took some time of mine to get used to.
