I really appreciate how simple and easy to understand the reports are. They provide clear insights without any unnecessary complexity and this makes it simple to analyze the data just b me looking at it once.
Cons

The training they provided was thorough and easy to complete. It equipped me with everything needed to analyze psychometric assessment reports for each team member. I also learned effective ways to communicate results to both employees and managers, making sure everyone understands their personalized findings. We now incorporate these reports into individual growth plans, and I enjoy organizing team workshops to help everyone collaborate more effectively. Customer support responds quickly, and we've never had trouble getting assistance when we need it.
Cons
The admin interface feels a bit complex which actually makes things confusing when trying to figure out user permissions. When I need to set up confidential projects that only specific admins can access, there's no clear way to see who has visibility into what. The permission system lacks transparency so I'm never quite sure if I've set up access rights correctly.

Cons
While I really like this tool overall, I do wish there were more quality-of-life updates on the site. The search feature could be more thorough, and it would be great to have quicker shortcuts for moving between projects, people and reports. Opening reports in new windows or tabs with a single click would be helpful. I'd also love to see customizable viewing options for individual profiles that you could save as presets. More interface tweaks and development would really help users personalize their workflow and save time, though it's already pretty user-friendly as is.

It's been incredibly helpful for my growth as both a manager and person, but what really stands out is how it helps me understand what makes each team member tick. By getting insight into their behavioral patterns, I was able to connect with everyone much faster and build genuine trust. Now I can tap into each person's strengths more effectively, and you can really see the difference, they feel more appreciated and their work shows it.
Cons
Not really a dislike, more of a heads up for managers. When you're rolling this out to your team, make sure you clearly explain why you're introducing it from the start. If team members don't understand the purpose upfront, some might react negatively and become resistant to using it.

“solid software with multi-purpose reporting
Pros
The insight reports give incredible information about individuals which was really fascinating to see. What makes this even better is that the reports aren't just for recruitment assessment and we can use them for so many other purposes which makes it a valuable tool to have. We're still in the early stages of rolling it out across our organization, but the reception has been really positive so far.
Cons
The learning platform being separate from the main interface took some getting used to. I think everything would be more well-organzied if it was integrated in one place. Also when I click the help button I expect to find support materials about the actual software features rather than just tips. It's something I'm adapting to but the workflow could be smoother.

The benchmarking feature has been useful for me. When I look at suggested positions and their required competencies, I can quickly see which roles match my qualifications. What's particularly good for me is how the descriptions of areas I tend to avoid clearly connect to workplace stress I've experienced with those specific skills.
Cons
The different terminology between Expert Reports and Business Level Reports creates unnecessary confusion for me. Instead of showing leadership hierarchy by position titles, I'd prefer seeing the actual areas or departments people manage. High-level executives often dive deep into specific work rather than just overseeing teams, so their actual responsibilities would be more meaningful than their rank.
