Personally, I feel the module is pretty much comprehensive, covering employment, training and performance.

Cons

I get frustrated because certain report fields are combined into a single cell when they clearly shouldn't be, which makes reading the data harder.

Pros

SunFish Workplaze is very user-friendly. For a company of our size with over 100 employees it is a huge help with administration. As it covers employee records, attendance, claims and reimbursements and offers many reports tailored to our needs. Using it also saves me time, payroll is reliable too and the support team is always responsive.

Cons

In my experience, the performance evaluation module still needs work as it has several limitations that require developer help to fix. Though the support team usually suggests workarounds and improvements, which helps but we have had times when employees could not record attendance due to errors. So they really need to improve system performance so staff can use it without frustration.

“Perfect for going paperless with customization

Using this tool has been really easy for me and it's helping my company move towards being paperless. The features are highly customizable which is perfect for tackling different tasks.

Cons

It's a bit pricey depending on the features I want so that's something to keep in mind.

“organized data but clunky interface

Pros

One thing I really like is how all the data is organized in one tab. It makes tracking attendance and leave credits really easy. The employee profiles are already in the system, so we don't need to fill out extra forms with HR. I also find the organizational chart really useful for understanding the company structure.

Cons

For me it takes a bit to get used to the interface. There are a lot of steps and buttons I need to click to accomplish a task. The remarks are also abbreviated and the meanings are written at the bottom of the page which makes it hard to understand the codes, especially when there are a lot of them.
