“Good attendance with available support

Pros

Regarding attendance, the module is good for payroll processing, very user-friendly and I can also reach the support team whenever I need them.

Cons

I don't have any complaints at this point. Everything has been good so far and the support team has been really helpful whenever I have needed assistance.

The interface is user friendly and I like that I can handle HR tasks quickly and efficiently.

Cons

One thing I do not like is that certain features works slow and occasionally respond pretty late.

SunFish Workplaze is easy to use and user-friendly. And I like that I can use it on my mobile devices as well. It even allows me to manage HR processes in real time.

Cons

The only thing I did not like is that I cannot make changes to the system myself so I have to contact our DataOn consultant every time I need a custom report or query.

“Customizable menus with quick help

Pros

It is one of the most useful HR systems I have used. Also the interface is user-friendly and I can customize menus a lot to fit our needs. Their support team also gave excellent, quick help when we needed guidance.

Cons

There are some default layouts and menus I do not really like. Still it's something I can bring up with their team to see if adjustments are possible.

I've noticed the processing speed is much better than in the previous SunFish version.

Cons

It would be great to see some features updated. Like I especially need the Tax Report to follow the government's official tax template.

Pros

SunFish brings all HR functions together in one easy to use platform. Also with it tasks like payroll, attendance tracking and managing employee records become much simpler and more organized.

Cons

One thing I'd improve is the application's responsiveness during busy periods as it can become a bit slow, particularly when I'm working with very large datasets often.

The leave management features are my fav and I also find the loan and talent management systems very useful.

No complaints so far as I really like all of its products and they consistently work well for me.

SunFish HRIS has a clean, responsive interface that's easy to navigate so I can find what I need without hassle. It also keeps employee information secure and simplifies a lot of the HR admin work I used to struggle with. I also like that it helps reduce paper use which supports our sustainability efforts.

Cons

The setup costs were higher than with other vendors and getting the system up and running took a lot of time and effort.

I like that the platform brings all HR functions together in one place. It also helps me automate tasks and cuts down on manual work. Plus records are kept and tracked clearly, which makes reporting easier. The best thing is that staff can access their own data through the portal. The attendance and payroll modules are well integrated and really useful.

Cons

It is slow and often feels unresponsive. The layout is also confusing and not easy to use. I run into too many errors and glitches when processing data. Moving between sections is complicated and takes too long. Plus many features either don't work right or are hard to access.

The team responds quickly to data requests and overall the HR system is genuinely very helpful.

Cons

At times it takes a while to process large amounts of data but I think it's okay.

As per my experience, I notice that all the feature modules are good enough for HR.

However I always end up paying extra for customization and it feels like that cost is unavoidable.

For me there's nothing major to dislike. Yes it takes time to explore all features but once mastered it's a very capable platform.

I like the fact that I don't need to be tech-savvy to use it well. As every menu and feature is user-friendly and the system works reliably. Overall it really makes HR tasks easier for everyone.

Cons

For newcomers, I wish the app provided more in-app guidance. The documentation is useful but I feel like step by step prompts within the interface would make onboarding far smoother.

Currently I am using SunFish and I have found it to be a reliable, easy to use HR platform that makes managing people-related tasks much simpler. The support team is knowledgeable too and the rollout was smooth and hassle-free. It also connects easily with our other systems. That lets us focus more on growing the business and improving employee engagement instead of getting stuck in admin work.

Honestly I cannot find anything to complain about. It is an outstanding product as performance is reliable, service is consistently good and it is flexible enough to tailor features to our needs.

To be honest I have had a great experience from the moment I started using it for day to day tasks. It really feels built for HR teams rather than developers and it turns complicated workflows into something simple and manageable.

Cons

Right now there is almost nothing I dislike about it but the platform packs so many features that it comes with a steeper learning curve. So yes it does require a fair amount of time before I can take full advantage of everything it offers.
