This tool helps us stay on top of engagement challenges with our teams. It uses daily Slack check-ins, just quick 30-second questions to collect deep insights. The system runs these smart calculations behind the scenes and shows us how each team's doing, reflecting their manager's performance. It even breaks it down so we can coach each person better. It's made my life way easier as a manager. There's also this really cool culture view that shows how our values are showing up at different levels of the org. If something's off, I know exactly where we might need to step in. And I've gotta say, the product team is super responsive and always open to feedback.
Cons
The UX isn't the smoothest yet. It takes time to get comfortable checking the platform.

Pros
It's awesome if your team uses Slack or Google Chat. There's no need to jump between platforms, it just works right in your chat tool. It's great for tracking how engagement and culture are evolving. I really like the heatmap and the admin dashboard and it makes it easy to spot areas that need attention. Plus, their support team is amazing. They're always listening to feedback and genuinely working to improve the product.
Cons
I haven't run into any real issues so far. There were a couple of tiny typos in the app but I flagged them and they were fixed right away. The support team is seriously on point.

As a manager, this tool helps me build a better workplace experience. From an HR perspective, it gives me the kind of insights that actually help shape our company culture. It really nails the data points I need to make smart decisions around employee experience.
Cons
I think there's room to add more features that could really boost the overall experience. Stuff like being able to give shoutouts or kudos on Slack (like HeyTaco) or even having an async daily standup feature would be useful.

Pros
I've never enjoyed those long end-of-year reviews, such a time sink. I used to just rush through them. But It has changed that. Now I just spend 30 seconds a day answering a question and it actually feels meaningful. I feel more involved in shaping our company culture. I even look forward to the daily prompts. It's also nice to get instant insights into what my peers are thinking and I can share feedback anonymously too.
Cons
It would be great to see more features that promote team collaboration. It does a good job now but it could definitely go further in encouraging interaction.

Pros
There's so much I love about SuperBeings. First, it's efficient. Second, it really helps you understand what's on your employees' minds. The questions they ask are thoughtful and grounded in solid psychology. I can also tailor the tool to fit our specific needs which is a huge plus. And their customer support? Very fast and always ready to help out with anything.
Cons
I see a lot of potential for this tool to go deeper into understanding human behavior. Adding more features in that area would take it to the next level.
