As a startup, we spend a lot of time on sales and R&D. It acts like an assistant, helping us with many complicated admin tasks.

Cons

I expect the software to add more features in the future like labor insurance calculations (which need to be updated with the new law).

The best part of the software is that it's perfectly suited for companies in Asia. It complies with local regulations which is a huge advantage. Other tools are too generic and don't meet the legal requirements here.
