“user friendly and service-minded”

Pros

The system is very user friendly and the organization behind it is extremely service oriented.

Cons

The salary span module could be improved but aside from that I can't think of anything else.

“compliance reporting lifesaver”

Pros

From a compliance standpoint this tool has been a huge help. It generates the directive reports we need right away which has saved us from spending weeks buried in spreadsheets. We can clearly map out our full job architecture and quickly spot where the pay gaps are so the actions we take are based on real data instead of assumptions. On top of that being able to share pay structure information with HR and managers has made those tougher conversations a lot more manageable.

It delivers the directive reports we need immediately which saves us from weeks of spreadsheet work.

Pros

It's encouraging to see them taking pay equity seriously. Having a tool that helps organizations support fair compensation across genders and age groups feels especially relevant and valuable today.

Cons

The overall focus on pay equity leaves a positive impression but the data visibility still feels too limited. There's no real way to break the information down by department or other key categories which makes it harder to dig into pay gaps and understand where the issues actually are.

“flexible support that delivers”

Pros

Whenever support is needed they really go out of their way to help in every possible manner. The team is highly professional and brings a very flexible mindset to working with the client.

Cons

Nothing worth complaining about. I had some initial difficulty with the analysis but the support from them was excellent and helped me through it.
