From a compliance standpoint this tool has been a huge help. It generates the directive reports we need right away which has saved us from spending weeks buried in spreadsheets. We can clearly map out our full job architecture and quickly spot where the pay gaps are so the actions we take are based on real data instead of assumptions. On top of that being able to share pay structure information with HR and managers has made those tougher conversations a lot more manageable.
