Pros
Whenever I've needed assistance the customer support team has been responsive and genuinely helpful. The platform also includes several useful features that work especially well for smaller nonprofit organizations.
Cons
One drawback is the pricing which could be more competitive or lower for nonprofit startups that are still getting off the ground and don't yet have state or grant funding.

Pros
Getting started with it has been very easy. It handles the main things we need right now like managing employee records, tracking vacation time and posting a few job openings.
Cons
There really isn't much to complain about at this stage. Honestly we've mostly been using the basic features so far and haven't explored the platform in depth yet.

After comparing HR platforms this quickly stood out because it covers all the HR basics an up and coming company needs especially when you're handling everything as a team of one. Their customer support has been excellent and replies very fast! I've shared a few suggestions and reached out for help and between the AI HR Assistant and the option to email a real person, getting answers is never a problem. I've also started exploring the recruitment side and really enjoy how simple it is to move around the system, post jobs, review candidates and check their details. Another thing I appreciate is the built in help content and how to guidance on each page which makes it quick to figure out new tasks.
Cons
Something I'd still like to see in the recruitment module is more automated emails when a candidate is moved within the pipeline or marked as disqualified. However I did send this feedback to them and they already put one of my suggestions into place. As a user that feels very reassuring because it shows they genuinely listen to ideas and use them to improve the workflow.

Pros
Right away the platform felt very easy to use. Whether I needed to request time off or update my personal details, everything was available within just a few clicks. It saved me a lot of time compared with more traditional HR systems.
Cons
A feature that could make it even better is role customization. At the moment only the Owner and HR Manager roles have administrative capabilities which makes the setup less flexible. Having the ability to create company specific admin roles with custom permissions would make the system much more adaptable.

Running an SME with a consulting team, this has been a simple and dependable HR tool that covers the essentials really well. It helps us keep track of the team, manage skills and leave and it also supports capacity planning which is especially useful for our business.
Cons
Some extra features would make it even better like the ability to move leave entries, handle retrospective corrections and possibly add timesheets.

Pros
From the start the system felt very user friendly and the overall value for the price has been excellent! I also really appreciated how accessible and responsive the customer support team was whenever needed. The easy pricing was another big plus and it meant a lot that they offered me an extended trial period without asking for any upfront payment.
Cons
Even though the platform is user friendly there is still some initial difficulty especially when coming from a different system. That said the support available does a lot to make that transition feel much less like a drawback.
