It is really easy to understand and simple for both managers and freelancers. We get a full overview of all our freelancers and can quickly invite them to projects, assign tasks, provide briefs and get deliverables. Having everything in one place, like document attachments and project discussions is such a time-saver. It's easy for any manager to jump in and pick up from where someone else left off, which makes teamwork easy. The worksheet system gives us great visibility into spending since freelancers submit them per project or task, helping us stay on budget. Monthly invoicing is automated for each freelancer and everything is reconciled into a single invoice at the end of the month. It's truly an all-in-one solution that handles everything from onboarding freelancers to making final payments. And the customer success team? They're amazing and they really listen to feedback and pass it on to their tech team. Many of our requests have been added, with more updates coming soon.

The one-step approval process for worksheets is fantastic. I can approve everything once or twice a month and pay all freelancers in one go. It saves so much time and money and I'd definitely recommend it to any international company.

No cons to mention. Everything works well and customer support is quick to respond. If I had to suggest something, it would be adding SMS reminders for worksheet approvals, since I sometimes forget. But support is always there to help when I need it.

I can bring contractors and freelancers on board way quicker now, no more dealing with the tedious process I used to. Managing everyone from one place has really improved my workflow. Setting up projects and breaking them into tasks for different providers works great. The tracking features let me monitor progress and keep an eye on deadlines and budgets.

Cons

Once you create purchase orders, you're stuck with them, no way to edit or delete. The same goes for provider invitations, once you send them, you can't revise or withdraw them. Not sure if this is by design or something that needs fixing but it's frustrating.
