It is really easy to understand and simple for both managers and freelancers. We get a full overview of all our freelancers and can quickly invite them to projects, assign tasks, provide briefs and get deliverables. Having everything in one place, like document attachments and project discussions is such a time-saver. It's easy for any manager to jump in and pick up from where someone else left off, which makes teamwork easy. The worksheet system gives us great visibility into spending since freelancers submit them per project or task, helping us stay on budget. Monthly invoicing is automated for each freelancer and everything is reconciled into a single invoice at the end of the month. It's truly an all-in-one solution that handles everything from onboarding freelancers to making final payments. And the customer success team? They're amazing and they really listen to feedback and pass it on to their tech team. Many of our requests have been added, with more updates coming soon.
