Pros
Feels good to have a system that lets us identify employee issues or areas where they may be struggling and then actually take steps to improve them. Being able to make changes and adjust things as needed has helped us address shortcomings in a practical way.

Even though we've only had this product in place for a few months, there really haven't been any complaints
