Pros

EthosEnergy's experience with TalentGuard's Performance Management module has been highly successful. Choosing TalentGuard over larger market players proved to be a wise decision. The product's value exceeded our expectations, and the high-touch Customer Success team ensured a smooth onboarding and launch. Our success manager actively collaborated with us to configure the program and efficiently handle setup tasks. I wholeheartedly recommend this tool for its deep functionality at an affordable price, accompanied by a customer success team dedicated to our success.

Cons

The customer support team is highly resourceful in finding creative workarounds for some of the product limitations. However, it's important to note that there are still certain limitations within the product. You may need to slightly modify your processes to align with their design.

Great career pathing tool to drive employee engagement, development and retention!

Pros

Employees can create multiple career paths for themselves using this software. Specific talent profiles are set up for each position, providing employees with a clear understanding of the steps they need to take for career advancement. The software is highly customizable and includes features for certifications and goals. It also offers a succession planning module.

Cons

I believe the user interface could be improved, but I am excited about the upcoming roll-outs/updates that will give it a more modern look. The load time can be slow, although I have noticed some improvements in that aspect. Currently, managers are unable to view their employees' career path, but that should be addressed in the upcoming update.
