“comfortable, value-driven experience
Pros
To me using the system feels comfortable and I believe it offers great value for the cost. Reaching support when needed has been simple and the clear pricing plus extended trial gave me confidence before committing.
Cons
I think even though the interface is approachable there is definitely a learning curve to get fully comfortable particularly if I'm switching from a different platform. Fortunately the support team is available and helpful which really helps minimize that drawback and makes the transition easier.

“Reliable time-off and performance tools
Pros
Several features have proven useful for me especially time-off tracking, performance tools and newer options like surveys. Everything works reliably in my daily use.
Cons
One annoyance for me is the permissions setup: if I want to add or edit information for another person I'm forced to promote them to an HR manager, why would that be required? It would make much more sense to have an admin or manager role where I can fine-tune permissions. Also the directory is limiting because I can't create sub-folders which frustrates me.

“clean and flexible interface
Pros
The overall look feels clean to me and the flexibility makes it enjoyable to work with. I actually don't mind spending time inside the app.
Cons
I'd like SSO to be included as a feature from what I gather it's available only in one of the paid subscription plans.

“easy startup with support
Pros
Getting started didn't feel difficult for me and the support desk has been a big plus. I've also noticed steady improvements over time which I appreciate.
Cons
My worry is how the team will scale and whether the company has enough capacity to grow.

“GDPR-compliant HR features but role delegation lacking
Pros
From my point of view the platform is easy to work with and meets GDPR standards. It covers the key features I need without overcomplicating things.
Cons
However I'm frustrated that several important features haven't been developed and there seems to be no sign they'll ever be implemented for instance I can't assign the inventory module to the staff member who handles inventory nor can I delegate leave management to the person who manages leave. Right now only the admin account can perform every task which creates a bottleneck and undermines role-based responsibilities. That's really limiting our ability to distribute work properly.
