Easy to use with a clean interface

Pros

I find it very easy to use. The design is clean and simple so I never feel lost or overwhelmed. It's quite user-friendly with an interface that feels practical and well thought out. Every feature is easy to locate and nothing gets in the way of just getting things done efficiently.

Cons

At the moment I haven't run into any problems. Everything seems fine for now

Quick setup and fast onboarding

Pros

Even when first using it I found this tool really easy to get into. It's fast and efficient in everyday use and I appreciated how setting everything up was feasible and quick.

Cons

The web interface feels a bit dated and could be refreshed and aligned. In my opinion a cleaner, more modern design with simpler navigation would make it much easier to use.

Cons

Tracks leave and formalizes procedures

Pros

When managing leaves I use this tool to track both my own and my employees' absences and I noticed it helps formalize procedures while keeping accurate tabs on remaining time off.

Cons

Sometimes the leave categories are a bit muddled and it's hard to tell which option corresponds to sick leave versus annual leave which then makes it tricky to track how much leave I actually have left. For example, I see a 'Leave Booking' entry as well as an 'Annual Leave' entry and it's unclear which one I should pick in different situations. That uncertainty means I often don't know which category applies and it complicates my ability to keep accurate records of my remaining leave balance.

handles HR basics thoroughly

Pros

I appreciate how quickly and easily this tool can be rolled out while still handling HR basics thoroughly from leave tracking to surveys and mobile app access.

Cons

For now I find the hiring component to be less powerful than standalone ATS options. If my team were juggling dozens of open roles at once and needed more sophisticated recruiting workflows, we'd likely run into feature and scalability limits over time.

Centralizes employee records, reduces manual work

Pros

From my perspective, I value how feasible and well-organized it makes managing employee records, reducing time spent on HR chores and centralizing data to enforce consistency.

Cons

One downside I've noticed is that the tool can feel somewhat limited when compared with larger, full-featured HR platforms. I've seen situations where it doesn't reliably record partial-day absences so I've had to keep separate spreadsheets to ensure time-off logs are precise. It also lacks many of the advanced capabilities and deep customization options that more mature HR systems offer which means I can hit roadblocks as our HR requirements grow more complex. A few colleagues have mentioned that some admin controls and setup settings could be more flexible and I felt there was a short learning curve before I fully got comfortable with all of the features.

AI features streamline recruitment

Pros

For HR efficiency I find this tool indispensable especially with the AI assist and AI recruitment features which align candidate evaluation, job page creation and documentation organization.

Cons

The one feature I find missing is payroll processing. At the moment that gap stands out to me and adding a built-in payroll module would greatly increase the value of this tool for my team.

Daily use is simple and organized

interface supports onboarding and performance tracking

Pros

Among the things I appreciate most I find the tidy and feasible interface allows easy onboarding and handling of essentials like employee records, time-off, hiring workflows, performance check-ins and surveys.

Cons

For now it ticks all the boxes for my current setup though I do feel the performance module is a touch on the light side if I end up needing more sophisticated capabilities later. We're in the middle of reorganizing how we handle performance internally so I'll have to reassess that area of the platform once we finalize our new approach. Reporting gives helpful quick overviews but I sometimes want to split the data more granularly or have more control over dashboard customization. Also in the ATS it would be really helpful to have direct integrations with job boards.

strong features for HR tasks

Pros

I'm a big fan because this tool pairs simplicity with impressive features, I notice how it organizes documents efficiently, aligns leave and attendance handling and reduces manual workload.

Cons

One downside I've noticed is the limited integration options particularly when it comes to local payroll systems. For handling very large reports or diving into more sophisticated analytics, I would find more dashboard features extremely valuable. Also customization for performance review cycles feels somewhat constrained right now.

Clean layout and reporting save time

Pros

I appreciate the clean, simple feel, quick setup, automation of repetitive HR tasks and built-in reports all of which save time and let me focus on people instead of paperwork.

Cons

Personally I find that some of the higher-end capabilities lack enough flexibility to fully adapt to our processes. For instance, there are places where I'd want to adjust fields, workflows, or notifications more granularly so they align with how we operate but the configurations can feel somewhat limited sometimes. There's also a modest learning curve when diving into advanced settings and some extra in-app help or tooltips would make onboarding smoother for new users. It's not a deal-breaker but I do see room for improvement as the platform evolves and scales up.

Pros

For daily HR tasks, I've found this tool extremely user-friendly, with a tidy layout that brings new hires up to speed quickly and makes routine work almost effortless and I truly value the prompt support from their team.

Cons

convenient navigation and simple reporting

Pros

Using this tool feels very simple to me, navigation is feasible which noticeably improves my overall experience as a user. I value how the platform keeps track of every candidate and resume in an organized way because that has really helped to align our HR workflows and reduce manual juggling. Simple HR platform

Pros

Honestly I've found this tool to be a refreshingly simple HR platform that fits exactly what our smaller team needs. In my experience, even though it's clearly built with startups and small-to-medium businesses in mind, it still handles all the core HR functions without ever feeling bloated or needlessly complex. The layout is neat and simple and having everything, from employee profiles to time-off requests, in one centralized spot has cut down on a ton of back-and-forth and finally put an end to the spreadsheet mess we used to live in. What I notice most is how much smoother hiring and onboarding have become, posting jobs, monitoring applicants and bringing new people on board with automated task lists has aligned our workflow considerably. The performance review and feedback tools are feasible and do what they should without any flashy extras which I actually prefer. The analytics dashboard gives me a clear snapshot of headcount, turnover rates and assignments which really helps when making decisions. I also feel reassured that the platform takes data security seriously since all our records are safely kept in the cloud.

Cons

There are a few things that bother me. Some parts of the system feel a bit locked down and I wish there were more flexibility especially when it comes to customizing features to better match the way our team works.

Could improve flexibility with custom fields and forms

What I really like is how this product has replaced our clunky Excel-based employee records with a much more organized, efficient system. The built-in automatic calculations are a game-changer, they cut out manual entry mistakes and reclaim hours we'd otherwise spend on repetitive tasks which has significantly reduced daily frustrations and boosted my productivity. Since those processes are automated now, my day-to-day workflow feels steadier and more dependable, offering a clear improvement over the slow, error-prone methods we used to depend on.

Cons

I do feel the platform could use greater flexibility especially around adding custom fields and tailoring forms to fit our specific needs. Right now the options for custom fields and form layout are a bit limited which forces me to work around the system instead of shaping it to match how my team actually works.

Modern and convenient interface

Pros

I really appreciate how clean, modern and simple the interface is, I didn't need any extensive training to get started. Everything from drafting job postings to sifting through applicants feels smooth and natural. It works like a great Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and the automation features genuinely save me time.

Cons

For my needs the platform lacks some advanced ATS capabilities and doesn't offer as many integrations as larger vendors so I wouldn't recommend it for recruiting workflows that are very complex.

Complete HR solution with support

Pros

While searching for HR tools this one quickly stood out to me because it covers almost everything a growing company needs. Being the only person managing HR that's been a huge relief. Support responses come fast, the AI assistant helps when I need quick answers and reaching a real person is easy too. Exploring the recruitment area has been smooth and the built-in tips make learning new tasks faster.

Cons

Personally within the recruitment section I would like to see more automated emails triggered when a candidate is moved into the pool or marked disqualified. That said I reached out by email with this suggestion and they actually implemented one of my ideas already which made me feel really good as a user because it shows they listen to feedback and act to improve the workflow.
