As an HR professional, there's nothing better than getting direct feedback from candidates. It's valuable for them to experience us firsthand and receive a score from the process. What I appreciate most is that recruiter efforts don't go to waste. Usually, positive candidate feedback after interviews just sits in emails and ends with a simple thank you. With this platform, it's obvious that recruiter communication and every step of the hiring process actually matters.
Cons
Initially found the interface pretty overwhelming, but once I got the hang of it, everything became much more easier to navigate.
