Pros
Setting up my Adopto account was fast and simple. Honestly what I value most are the recommendations it provides to make our hiring process better in the future.
Cons
I'm not thrilled with the candidate scorecard because sometimes it can paint a less favorable picture of a person's potential.

Pros
As someone hiring for my company, I find it provides a range of web-based tools that help businesses both small and large manage job recruitment and maintain a candidate database to draw in top talent.
Cons

What I enjoyed most about the software was the on-demand support. It felt like help was available to our team at any moment when we needed it.
Cons
It would be really helpful if the system automatically saved notes during the interview process. I would find that feature extremely useful for keeping track of candidate feedback.

I really like the concept. It lets me keep all applicants stored in a single database and searching by skills or other keywords is simple and quick.
Cons
I do notice a few capabilities are missing for example, full integration with my email client isn't there yet. However I appreciate that they keep rolling out new features on a regular basis.

What I like most about this software is ease of use, its design and price. It's really very cost-effective.
Cons
It took me some time to get used to it but once I became familiar with it, it was very simple to use. I wrote brief notes and showed every member how to use it.
