“Highly recommended!

Pros

I really like the clean, user-friendly interface because it makes the hiring workflow convenient. Getting around the platform is simple and quick. A feature I especially appreciate is the candidate management module. It helps us keep track of applicants, score and review them and stay in touch. I've also found their customer support to be outstanding and I admire how committed they are to social responsibility. Honestly I can't recommend it highly enough!

Cons

We've experienced it as a product that reliably meets and often goes beyond our needs across the board. Sure like any software there are areas that could be fine-tuned (there usually are) but so far we haven't faced any problems with the parts we've used.

The platform gives an excellent snapshot of available roles and applicants and it's simple for larger teams to use. Their support team responds quickly and is genuinely helpful.

Cons

Occasionally the app suffers from brief lag or temporary outages though these instances aren't frequent. When problems do arise they typically get resolved very fast so it doesn't cause major disruption.

This is an excellent tool for keeping track of candidates throughout the selection process. I find it user-friendly, easy to connect with colleagues who are part of the hiring workflow and the support team is fantastic.

I'd love to see a dedicated mobile app developed in the future since I would use it frequently to manage recruitment tasks while away from my desk.

Pros

What I appreciate most is how transparent it is and how easily I can track each step of the selection process. It connects smoothly with other platforms so applicants can come from multiple sources. The interface is simple to use while keeping CVs and related materials organized in one place. Its multi-functionality really stands out.

We'd like mobile experience to match its desktop functionality so we can use the phone in exactly the same way we use laptop.

I love that it stores comprehensive histories for each candidate and I also appreciate that my teammates can access and use the system too.

When it comes to the careers page I struggle a bit to arrange things the way I want and could use it being more user-friendly.

I've found it to be a convenient hiring tool that organizes candidate selection and makes sharing progress with other managers involved really simple. The customer support team is also professional and always ready to assist!

One drawback for me is the small cap on active job listings. I also notice that the analytics can occasionally show data that doesn't feel entirely accurate.

It automates so many processes. Having every document stored in one place makes things so much easier and it lets our team consistently deliver a high-quality candidate experience all the time.

My only real complaint is the referral program. Outlook will occasionally shove those messages into the Spam folder because they come from a generic sender address so it could use improvement.

We're a Swiss company and new to the community. With the help of TalentLyft we were able to get everything up and running quickly and with almost no fuss. The ATS itself is cleanly designed, powerfully engineered and covers every element of our business needs and the team supporting it has been incredible. On top of that, it's very cost-effective. So if you need an ATS, I'd recommend it.

the older version ran a bit slowly compared to the current release which made some tasks feel slow until improvements were made.

I find the platform really simple to use. I love the neat, practical tools it offers like scorecards, the LinkedIn extension, analytics and referral tracking. Their team is kmowledgeable and always answers our questions.

What I appreciate is having every candidate's details and important dates all consolidated in one spot. I can message candidates through the platform, have those exchanges logged, export data to Excel and it hooks up to our careers page.

Overall it's a solid piece of software that meets all of my requirements so no complaints from my end.

It is great for storing all the necessary details (and those extra bits that somehow become crucial) in one central location. Another thing I really appreciate is that I can share this information with other teams which makes collaborating so much simpler.

Lately I've been running into frequent bugs and glitches that seem to be happening more and more often than before which affects my workflow. For example, I can't figure out why the 'application submitted' email is delivered to some candidates but never reaches others. Also, when I'm unable to send an email or disqualify a candidate, it usually takes some time before the action works again and even though it eventually resolves, the interruptions are still quite annoying sometimes.

It's easy to use and very approachable. Everyone who takes part in the selection process can view candidates and follow the next steps which makes communicating with applicants simple and the support staff are friendly and always willing to help.

I honestly like everything about it and I especially appreciate how receptive the team is to suggestions for improving it.

One issue I've run into is the lack of connections to Croatian job sites like moj posao and oposao.hr and I think it also needs more solid employee-tracking features.
