Highly recommended!

Pros

I really like the clean, user-friendly interface because it makes the hiring workflow convenient. Getting around the platform is simple and quick. A feature I especially appreciate is the candidate management module. It helps us keep track of applicants, score and review them and stay in touch. I've also found their customer support to be outstanding and I admire how committed they are to social responsibility. Honestly I can't recommend it highly enough!

Cons

We've experienced it as a product that reliably meets and often goes beyond our needs across the board. Sure like any software there are areas that could be fine-tuned (there usually are) but so far we haven't faced any problems with the parts we've used.

Pros

The platform gives an excellent snapshot of available roles and applicants and it's simple for larger teams to use. Their support team responds quickly and is genuinely helpful.

Cons

Occasionally the app suffers from brief lag or temporary outages though these instances aren't frequent. When problems do arise they typically get resolved very fast so it doesn't cause major disruption.

Pros

This is an excellent tool for keeping track of candidates throughout the selection process. I find it user-friendly, easy to connect with colleagues who are part of the hiring workflow and the support team is fantastic.

Cons

I'd love to see a dedicated mobile app developed in the future since I would use it frequently to manage recruitment tasks while away from my desk.
