“Excellent scheduling tool with continuous improvements

Pros

I really like how easy everything is to use. The dashboard is awesome because it shows all the important info right there, no need to search for it. I'm also really happy with the new features they've been adding.

Cons

The process for manually adding or updating clock-ins and clock-outs when employees forget to punch isn't very clear and I often get confused trying to figure out the right steps.

I get way too caught up exploring all the different features but once I start tinkering with everything, it's hard to stop.

Tracking employee hours is very simple, clocking in/out, scheduling, leave approvals and sorting out payroll each week is all really easy.

If I need to redo an export to Xero, I have to delete the first one and start the whole process from scratch.

team moves really fast with updates and always asks for feedback, so HR managers end up being more involved than expected. It would be nice to have more control over how much we participate in the process.

This system has it all for workforce management, scheduling, employee data storage, time tracking and seamless integration with our accounting software. It handles everything really smoothly. The automatic award application to timesheets has made our payroll process super accurate and efficient. it's saved us so much time. The leave request feature is a great touch, letting staff apply and us approve or deny their requests with ease. It's just a really complete tool.

Honestly, I can't think of anything I dislike about it.
