Beyond just relying on referrals or word of mouth the fact that the platform supports full email campaigns opens up so many more possibilities. It lets us get creative with how we reach out to candidates whether it's crafting a more personal message, sharing engaging content or just presenting our opportunities in a way that actually feels inviting rather than robotic.

Cons

Occasionally I notice the 'views' counter doesn't refresh or the candidate/profile activity doesn't upload but it's never been a big problem for me.

Across the organization I can collaborate easily with hiring managers and tap into their networks without adding extra work for anyone.

For me pulling employee referrals has become incredibly simple and efficient with this tool. I really appreciate that the sign-up process takes less than two minutes and it has genuinely transformed the way we receive sourced referrals for the better. Previously it was an extremely tedious task combing through Excel files line by line but now we can rely on the platform's powerful search feature to quickly and easily locate candidates for the roles we are working on filling, while also getting a brief, useful introduction to each referral.

I've found it really easy to use, it actively focuses on hiring diverse candidates and I'm impressed how enjoyable it is for my non-recruiter teammates to play around with and share their networks. Finding emails is ridiculously simple and practically every candidate comes with a soft referral.

For me the main downside is that it takes a full 24 hours to upload a teammate's network into the system before I can even start sourcing.

In my experience, the output is significantly higher, the quality is very high and the actual input required is very lightweight.

So far I haven't run into any issues the team has been really receptive to all my ideas and feedback.
