“Smooth Setup with Great Flexibility
Pros
Support team has been incredible throughout our onboarding process and beyond. Whenever I've had questions or run into issues they respond quickly and actually resolve things fast. The notification system is really useful too, multiple supervisors can get alerts for their own teams and others which helps with coverage and communication.
Cons
Haven't run into any major problems with it yet. Really excited about the upcoming reports they're rolling out! Pretty confident that if we needed something fixed or wanted a new feature they'd figure out how to help us make it happen.

It's really user friendly when I need to go back and check why someone wasn't at work, the interface makes it easy to find that information quickly.
Cons
I can't really think of anything negative to say about it and the system works well for what I need.

I love being able to message people instead of making phone calls and as a team lead it's really helpful to check who's running late or won't be in so I can plan accordingly for the shift

Sometimes colleagues struggle with figuring out how to figure out the system which creates problems for everyone else
