TeamSense Features
Smart Text-Based Absence Tracking
TeamSense features a call-off system that lets employees report absences via simple text messages—no app or login needed. This reduces no-call, no-show incidents and alerts supervisors in real time. Employees can view their attendance history and points before calling off, increasing transparency. HRIS integration ensures attendance data stays accurate and up to date.
Two-Way Team Communication Hub
Users can send broadcast messages via text or email to teams, departments, or entire sites for alerts, updates, or announcements. Employees access a central portal for policies, benefits, and HR links—all mobile-friendly. Contact info updates automatically, ensuring messages always reach the right people, even in multilingual teams.
Mobile-Friendly Digital Forms Engine
TeamSense replaces paper workflows with mobile-accessible forms delivered via text. Use it for pulse surveys, incident reports, availability checks, and more. All responses are tracked and timestamped. Forms are easy to fill out on any device, improving compliance, speed, and engagement from frontline staff.
Seamless Workforce System Integrations
It integrates with top HRIS and payroll tools like ADP, BambooHR, Gusto, and SAP to sync attendance and employee data automatically. These integrations reduce manual entry, prevent errors, and keep records consistent. TeamSense also supports data warehouses for advanced workforce analytics and reporting.

“Smooth Setup with Great Flexibility
Pros
Support team has been incredible throughout our onboarding process and beyond. Whenever I've had questions or run into issues they respond quickly and actually resolve things fast. The notification system is really useful too, multiple supervisors can get alerts for their own teams and others which helps with coverage and communication.
Cons
Haven't run into any major problems with it yet. Really excited about the upcoming reports they're rolling out! Pretty confident that if we needed something fixed or wanted a new feature they'd figure out how to help us make it happen.
