Pros

I find it really easy to use, and the setup and maintenance come with simple technical instructions that make it hassle-free.

Cons

Sometimes navigating to the area you need can be a bit tricky, and it's not always simple.

very advanced and user-friendly

Pros

It's super easy to use and customize. I love the colors and GIFs. The sales team and account manager have been fantastic to work with.

Cons

The scheduling feature could use some improvement. Some parts feel a bit clunky, and the "Connect" feature can't be turned off. Also, emails sent through the system come from Teamtailor rather than your work email, which can be a bit confusing.

Pros

Great saving of manual work

Pros

It's a cost-effective way to advertise, attract, source, interview and review candidates without being overly complicated. The tool has so many great features for quickly reviewing candidates, and it's helped us stay compliant with regulations. I also love the anonymous mode that helps reduce bias during the reviewing process, making recruitment more inclusive.

Cons

I think the integrated offer process is good, but it can be a little clunky. It's also not customizable enough to fit your house style or standard letterhead, which might make it look less professional, especially in professional services environments.

Good but there's room for improvement

Pros

Very easy-to-use ATS for hiring managers and occasional users. The job distribution and built-in careers site are nice. It's very affordable compared to competitors, although it lacks a bit in robustness and reliability.

Cons

The UI could use a lot of improvement, especially when it comes to viewing and reviewing candidates. Analytics and reporting also need a lot of work to make essential data more accessible.

Amazing hr sotware

Pros

The platform gives recruiters full control over the hiring and selection process. Once you've posted a job, you can use its tools to distribute it across multiple platforms. The ATS system speeds up the selection process too.

Cons

Not all job boards are compatible with Teamtailor and the candidate assessment tools are somewhat limited.

Cons

I don't have anything I dislike, but I do have an idea to improve the candidate screening process like for example displaying their resume and job details on the same page would make it easier.

Really a usefull app

Pros

I really like this app because it's super user-friendly.

Cons

I've already mentioned some issues to the team, particularly about how candidates are positioned in roles. When you search for candidates, you can't easily differentiate between roles with the same title. Even when you label the job, it's not visible, which makes it easy to accidentally assign candidates to the wrong role.

Incredible tool for hr tasks

Pros

It's very userfriendly, easy to use and meets all our needs as customers. The career site integrations are great and the LinkedIn sourcing integration add-on is amazing.

Cons

They market it as a one-size-fits-all solution but some features are still premium and only available to enterprise level users. You also have to log in consistently for links to work, which is a bit of a hassle. There are some bugs, but the team is open to feedback and seems to be working on them, though slowly. The LinkedIn Ads integration is a bit messy in the background, especially with their APIs. Lastly, the survey feature is poorly designed and doesn't let us manage the entire candidate lifecycle within the product.
