With the free trial I tested the software before committing and I found it fits our small business well. Pricing feels fair and I didn't run into any glitches.

Pros
Thanks to email and inbox integrations I keep up with candidates and respond quickly. Bulk-editing info and statuses saves me a lot of time each day.
Cons
In daily workflow, I wish I could bulk-select candidates and I feel the missing tag filter slows my work

Pros
The interface is clear and I can access all core ATS features. Reports, calendar syncing, email templates and access controls all work well and video walkthroughs help me learn visually.
Cons
At times, I notice small features missing and I cannot rename meetings when I sync interviews

The software itself is pretty good in terms of features and interface but I've noticed they severely restrict key functionality and constantly nudge me toward upgrading to higher-priced plans, almost like a monthly upsell cycle.

After searching for an ATS that let me post across several job boards and enduring what felt like endless research and product demos, I finally found and reached out to this platform and felt really impressed right away. What I appreciate is being able to set up a job and have it smoothly sync with other boards if I opt for that, or I can just post to the free boards provided. I'm also a fan of keeping notes, all correspondence and assorted details tucked inside each job posting or saved directly on every candidate's profile.
