feasible setup and real-time view

Pros

Personally I found this recruiting platform really feasible to set up and it gives both recruiters and hiring managers a real-time view of the whole hiring process from candidate inflow and source channels through every selection stage right up to making an offer and signing.

Cons

Login flow and mobile layout are a bit messy when I'm handling recruitment for lots of roles, a simpler, more screen-friendly interface would make it much easier to use.

easy sorting and tagging

Pros

For me it's really easy to sort and organize items, apply tags and keep communication flowing with my teammates. Everything stays neat and accessible which makes collaborating feel natural instead of chaotic.

convenient interface for recruiters

Pros

I really like this tool's interface and the many hiring features it makes my job as a recruiter much easier. I can share feedback with my team and keep track of candidates better which improves our hiring process. I often recommend it to small and medium businesses.

Cons

Overall I'm happy with it but I've noticed that the reporting section can feel a bit restricted at times and the workflow customization doesn't offer enough flexibility for more complicated hiring needs.

Pros

Posting and listing jobs is very easy and I can push vacancies to multiple job boards. The recruiting panel lets my team collaborate, sharing profiles, notes and feedback efficiently.

collaboration features for hospital hiring

Pros

As a hospital recruitment team member, the collaboration features stand out to me. Sharing comments, feedback and ratings directly in the platform makes hiring smoother. I do wish KPI analysis and reporting were more advanced and AI features could be stronger. The interface is clear though some internal features take time to fully understand. It captures most of the recruiting workflow well but integrations like LinkedIn Recruiter can be slow. The free trial was good but later support relied too much on bots. The platform is generally user-friendly and applicant tracking improves our workflow. Job board integrations and collaboration are useful though some advanced reporting can be tricky. Setup is easy and managing candidates for hiring managers is simple. One downside for U.S. companies is the lack of an Indeed connection which adds extra manual steps.

Cons

Overall I don't have any negatives to report and I find the platform feasible to use

High costs and limited API

Skipped HR system for top candidates

Pros

Bulk editing and inbox integrations

Refund refused during cancellation

Pros

The software itself is pretty good in terms of features and interface but I've noticed they severely restrict key functionality and constantly nudge me toward upgrading to higher-priced plans, almost like a monthly upsell cycle.

helpful multi-board job posting

Pros

After searching for an ATS that let me post across several job boards and enduring what felt like endless research and product demos, I finally found and reached out to this platform and felt really impressed right away. What I appreciate is being able to set up a job and have it smoothly sync with other boards if I opt for that, or I can just post to the free boards provided. I'm also a fan of keeping notes, all correspondence and assorted details tucked inside each job posting or saved directly on every candidate's profile.

Organized candidate tracking with templates

Pros

Tracking candidates used to be chaotic but now every interview is logged and interactions are recorded which makes the process run smoothly. I love the email templates, pipeline view and customization options.

Cons

Only improvement I can think of is automatic phone number formatting, it would be helpful if numbers populated in the correct format so I don't have to manually insert the dashes. I find myself always adding the (-) between digit groups so the phone numbers are easier to read when I'm trying to dial a candidate and that little extra step can be annoying over time.

Pros

system handles the entire pipeline effectively and I find it meets all recruiting needs.

Cons

It would be really useful to let candidates fill in custom fields at application time rather than forcing everything through questionnaires, I also think built-in support for inclusive hiring would be amazing, such as a bias checker for job descriptions and dashboards showing diversity breakdowns at each pipeline stage.
