“Organized candidate tracking with templates
Pros
Tracking candidates used to be chaotic but now every interview is logged and interactions are recorded which makes the process run smoothly. I love the email templates, pipeline view and customization options.
Cons
Only improvement I can think of is automatic phone number formatting, it would be helpful if numbers populated in the correct format so I don't have to manually insert the dashes. I find myself always adding the (-) between digit groups so the phone numbers are easier to read when I'm trying to dial a candidate and that little extra step can be annoying over time.

Pros
Learning the platform was easy and I can add unlimited users, connect with job boards and create a customizable micro-site for postings.
Cons
The application form could use more customization and I'd love the ability to save my custom filters for reuse later.

Pros
system handles the entire pipeline effectively and I find it meets all recruiting needs.
Cons
It would be really useful to let candidates fill in custom fields at application time rather than forcing everything through questionnaires, I also think built-in support for inclusive hiring would be amazing, such as a bias checker for job descriptions and dashboards showing diversity breakdowns at each pipeline stage.
