“bad customer service
Pros
It could be a great fit for a startup company especially if you are just getting started and need something to help align processes.
Cons
customer service is terrible... really slow and hard to get ahold of. The interface is dark and cluttered and there are too many options when entering a candidate making it hard to get a quick overview. We actually lost money in the front office when we transitioned to this system. Don't believe that you can stop using other software because you'll still need a good general ledger.
