“friendly but enterprise needs work
Pros
I really like that it has two systems to work with, Beyond and TempWorks Enterprise. It makes it so much easier to view a candidate in two places at once. Beyond is especially user friendly for new recruiters like me.
Cons
One thing I don't like about it is that I can't do all the same functions in Enterprise that I can in Beyond. I find Beyond way easier to use and I really hope they move more of Enterprise's features to Beyond as they are planning to phase out Enterprise.

Pros
My favorite thing about it was how simple it was to use the app. It let me check my hours, payroll information and direct deposit all in one place which was super convenient.
Cons
honestly...there's nothing bad I can say about this app. It did everything I needed it to and even more. Big shoutout to the software designers and everyone behind the team!

“good for payroll but costly
Pros
It is excellent for tracking applicants and matching their skills to different jobs. It's also great for payroll especially if you are running a small business with a simple payroll system.
Cons
Charges are ridiculous sometimes. For example, they charged me $50 when I called to ask how much it would cost to process my W2s. They didn't even know the answer and just told me who to talk to but still charged me $50 for answering my question. Also when reports change and the info gets inaccurate, they charge a support fee to fix it. They even charged us when the new WA state overtime laws changed, if we did not pay, we'd be noncompliant or basically operating illegally.

“Smooth integration but has room for improvement
Pros
Very easy to integrate candidate information and assign them to open positions. The process is quick and smooth.
Cons
Some reports from our old system are slightly different but we have managed to work around it so it has not been a huge issue.

Pros
LOVE how easy it is to use. We did a huge upgrade at my firm and calling it an upgrade does not do it justice. The software is custom-tailored to meet my firm's needs, doing everything we need and more! And they keep improving it! I genuinely enjoy using it.
Cons
there are a lot of features we don't use which can make the system cluttered. But honestly, it's an easy fix and its not a big deal.

“Eesy to learn but needs faster workflow
Pros
this is a reliable applicant tracking system once you get the hang of the process. Plus, it's way more affordable than some of the other options out there.
Cons
It takes like 5 clicks to do what other systems can do in 2 clicks. thats actually the main reason we decided to switch to a different system.

“Too many fields... makes reporting hard

It's comprehensive... there's a field to capture every possible detail about a candidate during the staffing process.
Cons
The system needs more focus! there are way too many fields that can't be auto-populated from a resume. It was not realistic to expect users to fully comply, so our database ended up with incomplete records making reporting pretty useless.

The account managers at TempWorks are the best customer service reps I have ever worked with. they were super helpful when I first started using the system.
Cons
you can't customize the reports which would definitely make it a lot more useful.

Pros
With this tool.. I can run reports, track employee hours, search for candidates by keywords and even email and schedule interviews. It saves me so much time and helps me be way more productive.
Cons
honestly, I don't think you'll find much wrong with this system the only downside is figuring out what to do with the old file cabinets you won't need anymore.

Pros
It does everything a recruiter could need or want from recruiting software. And the customer service is top-notch whenever you need help.
Cons
Its pretty outdated and is missing a lot of modern features and design. Administration is much harder than it needs to be. Honestly, a rewrite could solve most of these issues and probably make the software run faster too.

TempWorks makes it easy to keep track of applicants. You can also handle payroll, invoicing and workers' comp all in one place.
Cons
Sometimes with deductions, you have to know whether to enter a negative or positive amount. If you get it wrong, it results in giving employees extra pay instead of taking a deduction.

Incredibly easy to use and learn which makes a huge difference. From the first time I used it, I was able to go through everything without any trouble.
Cons
It has a habit of logging me out when I am not finished and sometimes it takes forever for each page to load which is frustrating.

Pros
Interface is simple and the backend tools are great. Our accounting and quality department uses all the features and it's really easy to search resumes and review notes left in the system.
Cons
the reports it can run are way behind the competition. they are slow, outdated and don't include a lot of the newer tools that other software offers.

Payroll and tax calculations are always spot-onwhich is such a relief. It's one of the features I really rely on because it ensures everything is accurate and on time.
Cons

Its a complete software solution that covers both front and back office needswhich is amazing.
Cons
It's not the easiest to use and it does not play well with other systems. Managing schedules, shifts and compliance is pretty tough.

“Blown away by service and features
Pros
this is such an easy-to-use, fantastic software and service. Honestly, it blew me away. The feature set covers almost every need and it's helped us operate at a much higher level than you'd expect for a company our size. Plus it's allowed us to scale effortlessly. I could list a ton of features that make this software invaluable but the real game-changer is their service. The support is what truly earns them 5 stars in my book. They are so responsive, knowledgeable and solve any issue with urgency. When I reach out, I am treated with respect and they have even stayed hours past closing to help with payroll issues. The implementation team was incredibly professional and I still keep in touch with them. Every tech support staff member is courteous and a pleasure to work with. We chose it not just for their features (though they'd easily pass any test) but because of their strong set of values. I have worked with everyone from the owners to the support agents and it always feels like dealing with family or a close-knit company. I highly support it.
Cons
I get that software companies change slowly but some feature requests I have made have been denied and I think they should have been given more consideration.

they are always ahead of the curve when it comes to technology. The software's format is super user friendly too. Plus, they are integrated with lots of other vendors to make paperless onboarding faster and more efficient.
Cons
So far.. I have been really happy with it. I haven't had any issues up to this point.
