The program was easy to set up with input from their team. Everyone at it was responsive and collaborative which made everything run smoothly.
Cons
We had one glitch during the program launch. The team was really responsive and fixed the issue right away.

It's so easy to use! The service is excellent and the gifts are amazing! All my employees are extremely happy with what they get. If I have any questions, I get immediate responses from the company.
Cons

Cons
Gift selection can be a bit limited based on the award packages chosen. The transition to new reps could have been a bit smoother though.
