“Super supported & billing issues fixed”
Pros
I feel super supported by everyone at Terryberry. I am new to this job and new to working with a recognition program so I need a bit of extra help :) But no one makes me feel silly for asking questions. I always comfortable reaching out to anyone whether it's finance or reporting.
Cons
My only real issue has been with billing. But the team has been super helpful, thoughtful and collaborative in working through those issues.

Pros
The response time when ordering items is really quick. Plus the quality of the products is amazing! You really get great value for the money.
Cons
There's not much to dislike about it. They have always been upfront whenever something went wrong.

“Perfect for team motivation”
Pros
As a team manager keeping my staff interested and motivated is my biggest challenge. This tool is perfect for this! Their recognition and awards are super easy to use and the support team is always ready to help. Customer service is excellent.
Cons
Sometimes there are some bugs or technical issues with it but whenever there's a problem they fix it right away. I love that they're always rolling out updates with new features which shows they are committed to improving the program. It would be great if they communicated these updates a bit better though.

“best platform for years of service”
Pros
I love that the program is mostly managed by their own team. We don't have to spend a lot of time on admin work. It's a simple platform. We chose it for our Years of Service program because we could limit it to physical items which helps us and our employees avoid paying taxes on what they receive. It works just the way we wanted it to.
Cons
We have had some login issues with the website and the site often crashes and you have to reload it. Also the site has a lot of items but it would be awesome to have even more options.

customer service is super friendly and the portal is easy to use. the selection of redemption gifts is great and the system works reliably.
Cons
the portal's features are lacking compared to some competitors. the gift redemption process is not very easy and there are occasional technical issues that can take a while (and multiple attempts) to fix.

Pros
Terryberry's GiveAWow product is amazing for employee recognition and engagement. There are tons of features to choose from, depending on your company's needs. it is so user-friendly. On top of that, I love the team....everyone I have worked with at it has been super helpful, friendly and informative.
Cons
Sometimes there are technical glitches or limitations but it tends to address them quickly. Plus they seem to always be working on software updates which is nice! It would be better if they communicated those updates a bit more clearly, though.

what I really like about it is their focus on recognition. they are dedicated to improving the platform. They really help us develop a culture of recognition. Another great thing is their webinars with expert guest speakers that fill in the gaps when it comes to recognizing employees.
Cons
I think there's still some work to be done on the rewards catalog in terms of cost versus value. But the recent upgrade is a great step in the right direction. it is always willing to work with their clients to find the best solution.

Cons

My account reps at it were super responsive and worked so well together as a team. We worked with Michelle Nedved to redesign our anniversary awards this year. She helped me with design ideas and artwork and then Crystal Smith helped with the order to make sure we got it in time for our awards dinner. I'm really happy with the new designs and the whole process!

Pros
Our team loves being recognized for their years of service with a Terryberry award! We launched this program a few years ago and it's now something the team looks forward to every year! It helps us show our appreciation in a tangible way. I love that team members can choose their own gift from a catalog so they get something they really want. As a company, we also set service milestones and decided on a budget for each level which has helped us plan and reward our team.
Cons
the only thing on our wishlist is more reward options. Some categories have a strong selection but we think there could be more diverse options in each price range.
