“Valuable tool for non-technical hiring

Okay so... I consider the platform's simplicity for users without technical backgrounds, together with the responsive customer support, to be indispensable for our organization.

Cons

We dont mean to fault this software specifically, yet in our experience most testing services concentrate primarily on coding languages and on occasion we require assessments that cover a wider array of competencies.

I found it easy to begin using the platform and it comes with a solid repository of questions, while distributing tests to candidates is also very simple.

Although I appreciate parts of the tool, I found the available interview questions to be rather limited, the workspace awkward to navigate and the inability to duplicate interview sessions frustrating.

Great tool! We have a clear estimation upfront of approximately how long the test will take which helps planning, additionally, we can select from a wide range of predefined questions spanning many categories, giving us an excellent overall picture of the applicants.

I find that the test items tend to be rather theoretical, incorporating more real-world scenarios that require longer, more nuanced answers would, in my view, significantly enhance it's assessment capability.

While preparing for interviews, I discovered the platform includes a broad spectrum of question categories and as a result the tool significantly hastened my interview preparation process, allowing me to cover more material in less time.

That said, I found the display of available credits in my account to be insufficiently clear which left me uncertain about how many credits I had remaining and made it harder to plan my usage.

I've been mostly pleased overall but in the early stages I bought a number of smaller packs one after another before deciding it made more sense to move up to the larger package options.

Okay so..... I've come to appreciate the excellent range of competency assessments available to choose from and the interface makes it simple to invite candidates while providing clear, simple tracking of their progress.

Cons

Regarding pricing, I find the cost generally fair but the credit-based approach can feel a little unsimple at times, personally I think a standard monthly subscription would align better with our use case, though this is not a dealbreaker for us.

it is very easy to dispatch assessments to applicants and I also find it easy to obtain updates as well as the results for the assessments I have sent.

id love the ability to send a candidate several tests at the same time. Right now, I have to do them one by one.

At present, however, I feel the proportion of AI-resistant questions remains relatively small, so there's still room for expansion to keep pace with evolving AI capabilities.
