“I recommend testing it first

Pros

I really appreciate the availability of tests and the ability to personalize them to suit our organization's needs. It's also great to monitor tests directly from the dashboard.

Cons

The requirement to commit to an annual agreement was a bit frustrating. Also you couldn't delete applicants who took tests, only archive them even if you were using TEST applicants. They still appeared on the dashboard.

The pricing is a bit high for the number of tests we send out per year. It has been tough for us to find a plan that matches our needs.

TestGorilla offers an easy to use interface, a broad selection of pre employment assessments and smooth integration with ATS platforms. Its AI driven insights, customizable tests and automated candidate rankings make the hiring process more efficient, data driven and unbiased for recruiters and hiring managers.

Cons

Some test questions can't be modified, which limits flexibility. Also the automated scoring doesn't always align with real world skills.

Amazing platform! The tests are good but it could use some more simple insights. It's easy to use and there are plenty of tests that meet a variety of hiring needs.

Sometimes I get confused about what to do exactly. A tutorial on screen could make the process clearer.

It's very good and fast when it comes to answering questions. It's the easiest job seeker app and allows everyone to express themselves.

Super userfriendly and it's really easy to find the right assessments. Plus they offer templates and automated responses.

I wanted to create an assessment with five different tests but I found out that four is the maximum allowed per assessment.

Honestly I did not find anything bad about TestGorilla. It's unique and does everything I need.

The interface was really friendly and I could easily navigate through the testing process. The breaks between the question sections were crucial, not just for giving me a moment to breathe but also as a backup in case there's a disruption with the internet or power. It's really valuable to have multiple test-based assessments that go beyond just technical and soft skills.

It can't be used for certain technical skill based assessments like coding.

Strong behavioral assessments and a good range of tests, from hard skills to soft skills, it has a great variety of features.

I believe the Problem Solving test could be expanded, particularly with more functional problems.

Great experience. This is the second employer I've introduced TestGorilla to. I love that I can build my own tests using premade templates but also customize my own questions.

Cons

So many features are only available in the premium version. Unless you want the basic, bottom tier plan, you will have to upgrade.
