“Easy to use with features that fit my needs
Pros
ThriveSparrow is really easy to use plus it works quite fast and overall, I am pretty happy with it as I found exactly what I was looking for.
Cons
I feel like the bulk upload feature from Excel could be improved to make it more efficient.

“Simple interface and excellent design
Pros
The support team was simply the best from the very first call all the way through to the implementation. They were responsive and attentive making sure they addressed our accessibility needs and cleared up any doubts. So big thanks to the whole team.
Cons
Well I think it would be helpful to have a save option in the survey as some users are having trouble when the survey is not completed especially if there is a power outage or they need to step away in the middle.

“Amazing support and a tool that improves results
Pros
It is an excellent tool for assessing employee experience and supporting professional growth. Also the range of survey tools from employee engagement to 360 degree leadership surveys is fantastic and it was easy to use, set up and the customer service was outstanding too. So yes I highly recommend it.
Cons
I have not come across anything I dislike about it so far. Its beyond what I imagined and exactly what I needed.

Pros
From getting introduced to the platform to completing the onboarding, launching the survey and generating the reports everything went smoothly. A special thanks from our side to Asha for her initial support and to Vaishni for her ongoing assistance throughout the process.
Cons
We did face minor delays in seeing updates reflect on our page but the team was very quick to respond. They were committed to resolving our issues no matter the time. This was our first time using it and overall we are really happy with the results.

Their team is always ready to jump on a call and assist with us configuration. In short they are very responsive and helpful.
Cons
Some sections of the surveys are not as user friendly as I would have liked but I believe it's just part of getting used to the system.

Pros
Working with this software has proven to be the best choice for us. We had very specific requirements for our 360 surveys and we chose it because of their excellent customization options. They have also added new features and continually improved the platform to fit our needs which I really appreciate.
Cons
I am hoping to see more detailed reporting features in the future. There were also a few instances when the system was down.

Pros
They always respond pretty quickly and help whenever we face issues. Besides that, they have built out the features we needed, which have been a huge help for our project. Their platform is also very easy to use.
Cons

Pros
The user interface and user experience both are excellent as everything is structured well and simple to navigate.
Cons
It still lacks some depth particularly when it comes to providing deeper insights on surveys. Also I feel like it would be great if they added some AI to help streamline the process and gather the right data more efficiently.
