Great experience as an administrator!

Pros

I get relevant course recommendations based on the skills I aspire to develop! The administrator portal is simple to use and manage when onboarding new members. The dashboard also keeps me informed about the number of users and who has not logged in recently.

Cons

Often, they quickly implement suggestions after informing the team. For instance, Tilr introduced a search function to find all available courses.

Good tool getting even better

Pros

The customer support has been fantastic. I have felt well-supported throughout both the integration and post-sale process. I receive updates on every new development, and the product keeps improving.

Cons

I have access to all Coursera courses and certifications and can easily search for these tools. I understand this issue is being addressed now but I was initially unaware that these features would not be available right away.

Great Way to Identify and Manage Skills in Your Organization

Pros

The team at Tilr is fantastic and their support and product enhancements are top-notch. They are transparent about their roadmap, appreciate feedback and frequently update the tool which makes an already user-friendly tool even better!

Cons

Tilr could offer more built-in reporting options and visibility but the support team is always eager to find and provide that information when requested!

Pros

The ease of implementation, administration and use is remarkable. Employees have access to everything they need and we can manage it all through an easy to manage platform.

Cons

Great platform!

Pros

I really like Tilr because its very easy to navigate and our employees enjoy the course options. It provides so much data for admin purposes, which is very helpful for delivering metrics to others.

Cons

I wish there were a way to better promote the Mentorship program. While I understand it conceptually, I feel something is missing and believe Tilr needs to revamp or enhance it to make Mentorship a more appealing option for different employees.

Pros

I loved that Tilr gave us a structured way to discuss our skills. It allows us to track our teams skills and roles in our organizational chart without relying on Google Sheets. What a great tool! It will support individual employee development and help our managers effectively coach and guide their direct reports.

Cons

As a small educational nonprofit, many positions on our team do not match those in Tilrs skills database, which made setting up individual profiles a bit more challenging for us.
