Simple when it works

Pros

the system is really easy to use. The mobile app is very user-friendly and I can pull up a web browser on any device to clock in or out no matter where I am.

Cons

the app will completely sign me out and I have to type all of my credentials again. Also, if I don't close the app or browser window after clocking in, it keeps running in the background and can drain my battery entirely within just a couple of hours.

easy to use on all devices

Pros

it is incredibly simple to use. Logging in takes almost no time and I hardly ever run into errors or any unexpected downtime when I'm using it.

Cons

Honestly, I can't complain the interface is clean and lightweight, it's really easy to use, functions reliably and I appreciate that it works well across my different devices.

lack of training wasted our time

Pros

It kept our team organized and honestly this could've been an excellent tool if we'd actually learned all the ins and outs. I feel like senior management might have been able to use it correctly and make the most of its tracking features but they never took the time to learn it.

Cons

I had no one to show me how the system worked and because there was no formal training, using it involved a lot of trial and error. It consumed a ton of time and many of my coworkers were difficult to train since they weren't very computer-savvy. We could have benefited from sitting down together for a proper group training session.

Pros

Being able to access everything from my phone was a major benefit. The real-time updates and alerts kept me organized and on schedule.

Cons

Occasionally, when I tried to clock in or out, the app would lag for longer than I anticipated and fail to finish the action. It wasn't a deal-breaker at first but it started happening quite often.

Cons

I really want a web-based interface. At the moment, our only choices are the native iOS and Android apps for accessing the service.

Incredibly easy to set up

Pros

It's incredibly easy to set up schedules and keep track of everything I need and it helped me build a simple workflow so I could concentrate on other priorities.

Pros

We operate a mid-size plumbing company and rely on this tool daily. One feature I really liked about it was the built-in photo-capture option for clocking in and out.

Cons

Great step up with glitchy app

Pros

It's a clear step up from the old-school process we used before the time tracking and even the employee GPS, have been genuinely useful and add real value in that area. Once I got comfortable moving through the different tabs and double-checking everything, it also became a big help for payroll. I'm glad we made the switch because it speeds things up.

Cons

its pretty clunky overall and it really performs best on a desktop which suits my role but isn't great for staff who mainly clock in and out from their phones. There have been countless occasions where people can't punch in or out because of some mobile glitch and they end up force-closing the app or even reinstalling it. That gets old fast, after the first few times it becomes seriously frustrating to have to pause work and try to troubleshoot what feels like an IT problem every shift.
