It lets employees add notes, upload supporting documents, and communicate task progress with their assigned teammates. The system also helps managers track employee performance while allowing workers to stay on track and accomplish their goals.

This functionality lets managers create daily, weekly, or monthly employee schedules, minimizing their reliance on spreadsheets. These schedules can be edited according to employee requests for shift changes or to swap shifts with teammates. Additionally, Time Clock Wizard software also allows employees to request vacation time and use paid time off benefits while managers review and approve their requests.

The platform provides various types of reports, including payroll, PTO, timesheet, employee contacts, and schedule reports. These reports allow managers to monitor clock-in and clock-out times, track paid time off, and verify payments. They also outline employees' shifts and allow users to view or update employee contact details. The system lets managers export reports in Excel, CSV, Word, HTML, or PDF formats for documentation purposes.

The software records an employee’s GPS location and IP information every time they clock in or clock out. It also allows managers to restrict their team's location permissions, helping them confirm that employees start and end their shifts from authorized proximity only.
