“Great for odd and part-time schedules
Pros
the software is very interactive and simple to use. It handles the complexities of part-time and flexible schedules that are common in our team extremely well. Being able to insert a new rota halfway through the year is such a handy option and I'm confident it will save us a huge amount of administrative time going forward.
Cons
We track annual leave as hours because our team's working patterns vary so much, which I think is excellent, but I'd love to see an automatic conversion or summary into equivalent days too. That way both staff and managers could quickly understand remaining holiday in days instead of having to do the mental maths from hours. Also, having an option to nominate a backup approver for when the primary approver is unavailable would be really helpful in our organisation.

Pros
app is really simple to use and I'm impressed by how it calculates vacation days from the start date that feature is genuinely helpful. It also helps me quickly see when colleagues have already booked time off before I submit my request, which cuts down on the back-and-forth and speeds up getting a date approved.
Cons
The calendar layout and wall-view overview feel like they could be more flexible, I'd welcome an update. I would also love the option to cancel part of a holiday rather than having to cancel the entire request and go through rebooking for the leftover days.

I find it incredibly simple to handle my annual leave requests and keep track of time off.

Honestly, I can't point to anything I dislike about this product, it meets my needs perfectly.

“Good for contractors
Pros
I get all the contractor-related features mentioned above and I also rely on the scheduling and timesheet tools to keep payroll organized.
Cons
We do appreciate the way Parim notifies Admin when any contractor's certification is out of date, but those reminders only show up inside the expertise list and that list feels unnecessarily limiting to us.
