I find it simple to operate and appreciate that it lets me customize the setup to match my own needs while I'm using it.

I'd like to see it include a clock-in and clock-out capability for team members, since I think this would really help staff time tracking.

It's easy to set up and begin using right away. It's easy to operate and I can toggle tracking on or off whenever I want. Plus, integrating it with other apps was very smooth.

I find it very easy to keep track of absences, it lets me view sickness periods and see who in the team is off when someone else submits an annual leave request.

What annoys me is that you can't indicate whether a lunch break should be deducted. For example, if a colleague works from 11am to 7pm they take a one-hour lunch, so their annual leave should count as seven hours rather than eight. Because of this limitation I end up maintaining separate manual records, which completely undermines what Timetastic is supposed to achieve.

As a small nonprofit, we find it extremely affordable and efficient. Before Timetastic, we were juggling leave on a clunky spreadsheet that never worked well. Switching to Timetastic has totally changed things for our team it's a tool that's genuinely worth every penny.

It's simple enough that everyone on our team can pick it up quickly and the local public holiday database has proven extremely helpful. I also rely on the birthday and work anniversary features, which are handy and the per-user pricing is reasonable. Finally, it offers a solid way to keep historic records.

I like that I can decide whether to manage PTO in hours or in days and the calendar displays are excellent, the software is simple to use and my team really enjoys using it!
