I'm frustrated with the data export because it won't include previously booked days off, so I have to photograph the screen before removing former employees to keep a record, which is awkward.

I find it very easy to keep track of absences, it lets me view sickness periods and see who in the team is off when someone else submits an annual leave request.
Cons
What annoys me is that you can't indicate whether a lunch break should be deducted. For example, if a colleague works from 11am to 7pm they take a one-hour lunch, so their annual leave should count as seven hours rather than eight. Because of this limitation I end up maintaining separate manual records, which completely undermines what Timetastic is supposed to achieve.
