Pros

Really handy and free for managing appointments and it genuinely helps me a lot with my work.

Cons

feature rich with fast support

Pros

It is a very complete piece of software. Whenever there's a problem or I need help, I get a quick solution through messaging.

Cons

I don't speak English and I receive newsletters and other updates in English. That's a shame because I may be missing out on useful information.

Pros

The software works really well and is fast to use. Support always replies quickly and manages to sort out issues without wasting time.

Cons

It would be helpful to add automatic reminder messages through WhatsApp and allow personalized emails instead of sending them with the software name which could end up confusing customers.

clear app and handy workflow

Pros

The app has a clean layout and is easy to use.

Cons

Managing appointments isn't very accessible which can lead to deleting the entire appointment instead of removing it for just one participant.

valuable tool

Pros

Platform feels very professional and the customer service has been consistently helpful. It's easy to use, keeps everything well organized and the new AI assistant option is a really nice addition.

Cons

A few features come with an extra charge like treating two service bookings as one which is a bit frustrating. I'd also love the option to have a hidden booking window without the calendar logo using only my own branding.

easy booking across devices

Pros

Whether I'm on a computer or using my smartphone this gives me a lot of flexibility. I can check appointments and block off time slots without any trouble.

Cons

One thing that's missing is the ability to view a history of deleted appointments.

saves me time

Pros

Really practical with features you can customize to your needs. I was able to add a booking link to my website without any trouble and since then my patients have been managing their appointments on their own instead of calling me. It has saved me a huge amount of time!

Cons

A few people miss the final step of confirming their appointment at the bottom of the screen although it doesn't happen often.

perfect for modern practices

Pros

For many years now I've been using this to manage appointments and handle online bookings in my practice and I'm genuinely very happy with it. The system is very easy to use and that has made daily scheduling much easier. My patients also really appreciate being able to book online through it which has been a big plus for the practice. I've recommended it many times already and the colleagues I know who use it also keep giving very positive feedback. I would choose this system again without hesitation. For a modern practice, it's absolutely essential!

Cons

Up to now I haven't been able to identify any disadvantages.

Pros

Whether I'm on the web browser or using the mobile app this platform is always accessible which means I can keep my appointment calendar with me at all times. The support team responds very quickly and has always been able to help without much trouble. They also genuinely appreciate feedback and are open to suggestions or new ideas.

Cons

There are still a few features missing that some other online scheduling tools already offer. On the other hand those platforms also lack certain functions that this one includes. Through the regular updates they send it's clear they're constantly working on improvements and adding new features.

clear patient scheduling view

Pros

It gives me a clear overview of all my scheduled patients which helps me stay organized and know exactly what's coming up.

Cons

I haven't run into any issues so far. Everything has been excellent.
