“Simple and helpful calendar

Pros

I find the interface simple to navigate and very user-friendly, offering customization tailored to my specific needs and it delivers punctual updates on the progress of activities.

Cons

What I appreciate most is that it doubles as a calendar which reliably reminds me of upcoming tasks and commitments, helping me stay organized, on schedule and aware of what's next. It also provides an easy way for me to communicate directly with my coach which organizes feedback and guidance.

Pros

For me, having a single place where I can manage all the information related to my mentor is a lifesaver because it consolidates communications, schedules and resources into one convenient hub, it also lets me monitor my progress through the program at a glance and the tool simplifies logging the specifics of each meetup while keeping the notes from individual sessions separate and securely stored.

Cons

Honestly there wasn't much about it that I found objectionable, as the interface felt very simple to me given my background as a tech major, however, I did spend some time trying to work out how to record previous meetings because I had assumed there would be a clearly labeled 'Log past sessions' button on the homepage which I couldn't immediately locate.

I appreciate how the platform simplifies tracking meetings, recording feedback and managing action items since it's very simple and simple to use.

Cons

As for drawbacks, I haven't come across any major problems or aspects I dislike about the Together Mentoring platform Overall but I have noticed that my account lists two 'programs' as enrolled when in fact only a single program should be showing which is confusing.

I'm paired with genuine people who truly share my way of thinking and that aspect delights me I appreciate how Together Platform App consistently finds matches that resonate with my perspectives thank you.

Cons

At times I found the conversations overly general and not sufficiently tailored to my individual objectives which left me feeling that the sessions didn't always support my progress, clearer goals and a greater emphasis on practical, step-by-step actions to implement the concepts we covered would have been much more useful to me.

Pros

I like that the AI assists in producing well-structured agendas which in turn helps keep meetings focused and more productive, additionally, I value being able to modify the pre-generated agendas to suit our needs. The meetings automatically synchronize with our Outlook calendars simplifying scheduling and the system also issues reminders so sessions stay on track.

Cons

In the beginning there was a bit of a learning curve when I set up recurring meetings and I noticed the system was somewhat sluggish and did not immediately display the times available with my mentor but after the list finally loaded everything proceeded smoothly, beyond that hiccup I cannot really identify any other drawbacks.

Pros

The tool provides an excellent framework for organizing mentoring sessions and because I frequently struggle to think of thoughtful questions to ask it offers me an extensive selection of prompts to choose from.

Cons

To date I haven't come across any issues and have genuinely enjoyed everything about the service so far I'm looking forward to continuing to use it and sincerely hope that no problems arise in the future.

I find that it assists me in outlining objectives and mapping a schedule while also improving my capabilities so I can meet the established targets within the allotted timeframe.

At first I came across a number of usability issues when trying to navigate the interface and locate specific pieces of information but over time I became more familiar with it.

For me the platform facilitates formal conversations about my everyday work experiences and the challenges I face yet it maintains a relaxed conversational tone while delivering immediate, practical suggestions and guidance.

I have not come across much to complain about in the program although I do wish the sessions were longer and the scheduling options were less limited since the short, infrequent times make it difficult to delve deeply into issues.

After engaging with senior colleagues who occupy a variety of roles, I developed a much wider grasp of how the company operates and gained clearer insight into the trajectory of my future career and I was consequently able to precisely identify the responsibilities I can undertake in my present role and implement them in practice.

Because ASML operates with rotating shift patterns, coordinating meeting times was at times a real challenge and although I wished we could convene more frequently the mismatch between our individual schedules repeatedly prevented us from arranging additional meetings.

For me it's an excellent method to maintain two-way communication and to gain insight into what's occurring on the other side of the organization which helps me stay informed and aligned.

Cons

I find that occasionally the personal information I share can have unintended consequences and backfire because being so transparent about private matters sometimes provokes discomfort or unhappiness among others.

Pros

I've found the mentorship program useful for strengthening my skill set and expanding my professional network and notably it has prompted me to reflect on my long-term goals, where I want to go in my career and what ambitions I might pursue.

Cons

At this stage after three sessions I can't definitively say what I like least about it, I would need to keep using the portal and the service more to form a clearer opinion.

Pros

The AI templates for mentoring sessions are something I truly value since they provide a clear framework of topics to address and help me maintain focus and keep each discussion on track.

Cons

I would welcome the ability to retroactively add past meetings because I fell behind on using the Together platform and couldn't find any way to record the three earlier sessions that weren't captured in the system.

Pros

What I appreciate most is the active exchange of knowledge and the opportunity it gives me to connect with people I would otherwise never have the chance to speak with which broadens my perspective.

Cons

My main reservation is that the program leans excessively toward AI and I wish the AI Agenda would explore in much greater depth the specific subjects I indicated when registering for the program.

the platform automatically sets agendas and delineates topics for every session while simultaneously offering the flexibility to modify those topics and to adjust or reconfigure meetings so they align with the particular needs and preferences of individual participants.

I haven't come across any problems the layout and the curated reference links it supplies consistently spark ideas for subsequent actions and suggest worthwhile subjects for our conversations.

At such a large organization I found it unexpectedly refreshing to be reminded that we are all human and I appreciated the opportunity to build connections with people in other departments because those interactions proved valuable in many different ways.

Cons

None of my concerns relate to the company's structure because I occupy a significant leadership position overseeing many team members carving out time is often challenging.

As a user I appreciate the AI-generated agenda provided for every meeting because it reliably jumpstarts conversations while requiring very little effort on my part to initiate discussions.

Cons

To date I've had an excellent experience overall and honestly there isn't really anything I can point to that I dislike about Together Mentoring.

As someone who uses it regularly I find the user interface extremely simple and simple to navigate, the calendar syncing is effortless and it even offers useful conversation-starter suggestions that help me begin meetings.

However I've noticed a frustrating gap between notes and my to-do lists and I would benefit greatly from AI features that could tidy up raw notes and extract key takeaways, additionally, whenever I refresh the page I lose my unsaved notes which is a major disruption.

So far I have not identified any drawbacks or negative aspects to participating in Together Mentoring and I have not experienced any cons since joining.

Because my mentor and I share closely aligned professional backgrounds I find the platform's matching algorithm excellent since it makes it much easier for me to convey my challenges to her.

Cons

While I wouldn't call it a true drawback and see it more as a useful enhancement opportunity I notice that when meetings are created through the mentoring dashboard they don't automatically generate a Teams meeting link for me and instead merely serve as a prompt that a meeting still needs to be scheduled.

Pros

I appreciate being able to form a rapport with my mentor that spans both professional and personal areas and the website's easy-to-use contact features let me reach out to them without difficulty.

Cons

In my experience the matching took longer than expected since the system presented several mentors as if they were open yet simultaneously indicated they were already paired and despite that contradiction they remained selectable on the list.
