Being able to give back to colleagues within my organisation really resonates with me since I enjoy discovering what others across the business are working on and being in a position to actively support their goals and longer-term aspirations, the platform also helps by sending timely reminders offering a simple navigation experience and fostering effective collaboration.
Cons
I'd find it very helpful if the platform included a centralised tracker because I believe that having a shared space to record takeaway items would make Mentor-Mentee interactions substantially more collaborative and easier to follow over time.

Well-organized and clearly well-considered methodology I appreciate that every session note stored on my Profile page is easy to access and proves useful when I want to revisit previous discussions and the punctual reminders from Together Mentoring consistently help me stay focused and maintain momentum.
Cons
I would find a beginner-focused video walkthrough very useful to make navigating the Together Mentoring page more simple, initially I found the sequence of steps somewhat confusing though otherwise the experience is satisfactory.

I've found the platform extremely convenient for linking mentors and mentees throughout the company and its scheduling and goal-setting tools in particular help ensure that meetings stay organized, productive and sharply focused.
Cons

I find the program extremely adaptable in scheduling and in defining objectives for topic discussions and its accurate functionality along with concise summaries and constructive feedback, enhance its overall usefulness across various age brackets of users.
Cons
My main reservation is the lack of certification which I believe could be remedied by establishing a partnership with an accredited university, including a practical field visit would significantly increase its value and at a later phase I would appreciate the opportunity to have face-to-face interactions during the conference.

What I appreciated most were the online tips and the way the platform links my mentor and me since those guidance snippets are incredibly valuable when someone like me has no prior experience with this kind of activity, additionally, the suite of tools and the detailed preparation advice it offers proved to be very useful.
Cons
The scheduling interface was somewhat baffling at first although I eventually worked it out in particular when I'm choosing between a video or an in-person meeting it persistently presents Teams as a default option which can be misleading or awkward if that's not the meeting format I intend to use.

Cons

One feature I really appreciate is that the platform suggests agenda topics, makes it simple to monitor interactions and syncs smoothly with gcalendar. I also value the educational materials and the clear separation between coaching and mentoring.

No criticisms.... overall the platform excels and ensures the mentee-mentor workflow is consistently smooth and thoroughly documented.

For me it delivers the right practical information exactly when I need it and helps keep our discussions on track and I particularly appreciate the targeted guidance for each meeting combined with prompts to add follow-up notes which I find extremely useful.
Cons
I find the calendar integration somewhat awkward, it would be far more convenient if I could schedule meetings directly from my Outlook calendar and I really wish Together offered an Outlook plugin to make that process smooth.

When I look through the mentor profiles, it significantly helps me identify a suitable match and I value that the mentoring program supplies a clear, practical framework outlining how to organize sessions and which topics to address during each meeting.
Cons
Since I joined I haven't yet been able to see any profiles for choosing mentees and I would find it beneficial if mentors, just as they can pick mentors, were also given the capability to select their preferred mentees through the same interface.

One limitation I came across is that Together mandates sending a distinct calendar invitation for each session before the platform will allow me to mark the meeting as completed.
