It's easy to use and everyone just kind of knows how to use it right away. I really like the calendar and it shows when people are available which makes scheduling way easier.
Cons
I wish it was easier to view everyone's time off on one screen. Seeing all team members' availability in one place would make planning way simpler.

“Perfect fit for small businesses”
Pros
It works really well for small and mid-sized companies like ours. It's simple, quick to implement, customizable and gives great value for the price.
Cons
Some of the features just aren't advanced enough for a company with over 200 users. Also, the lack of ERP integration has been a drawback for us.

It was budget friendly and setting it up was a total easy. Honestly, I don't think the implementation could've gone any smoother.
Cons

Pros
We've been really happy with the Time Off module in it. It fits perfectly with all our business processes. They're also rolling out updates regularly, so the platform's improving fast which is pretty exciting to see.
Cons

“Totally worth the price”
Pros
tomHRM is a solid alternative to some of the bigger HR SaaS tools out there. It has all the key features you'd expect but it's way more affordable. What I love most is the flexibility, you get to pick the modules you want and basically build out your own customized setup.
Cons
There are tons of features but some feel very basic. That said, they're always adding new stuff, so it seems like the platform is still growing and evolving.

What stands out to me is how easy it is to use. The plug-in features are helpful, the customer support team is reliable and the pricing is totally worth it.
Cons
I have no big issues so far. The org chart was a little messy before but they've made it much better now.
