Pros

Putting together the statements is simple and one thing I like the most is that the final result always looks polished and professional.

Cons

I wish it were possible to create and add new groups directly into the system as right now that's not an option.

Highly adaptable and high-quality

Pros

The Total Rewards Builder platform is highly adaptable allowing you to customize almost every element with a value attached. The digital statements have a high-quality, tailored look that matches our organization's branding. Overall it is a one-stop resource where employees can easily view and understand their full compensation package. When we introduced it, our team had nothing but positive feedback. It's been a huge value-add for us.

Cons

Honestly I cannot think of anything negative. The setup was smooth and the customer support has been amazing.

competitive pricing but queue delays are frustrating

Pros

Its pricing was the most competitive we found. As a smaller business, some compensation software providers would not even consider us but TotalRewards Builder is perfect for our size. Whenever we have had an issue, customer support has been responsive and helpful whether we were on the free trial, testing the paid version or using the full subscription.

Cons

Sometimes there are delays in the queue like if another company is importing a large file, it can slow things down for everyone else. Your tasks get put on hold until that file is done and depending on its size, you might not be able to import or print anything all day. Also I noticed there is no way to check the queue status on the site which can be frustrating.

customizable and offer excellent service

Pros

The online statements were clear and easy to navigate. Our employees also liked being able to print a shorter version too. From an admin view, the system was highly customizable to fit our needs. The analytics were useful and I liked that I could send out polls and surveys directly through the platform. Implementation was smooth too and the customer service from Total Rewards was excellent.

Cons

When we were setting everything up, the retirement calculator was locked at 8%. It would have been helpful to adjust that percentage to match our needs.
