“Truly an amazing experience
Pros
TrackerRMS platform is very simple to use, fast and highly efficient. Plus navigating through it is pretty easy too making our whole experience smooth and hassle-free.
Cons
I have not come across anything I dislike about it so far.

“Would totally recommend!
Pros
It's been around six months since we made the switch to Tracker RMS after using the same CRM/ATS for about 15 years. We have been extremely happy with the service we get regularly from Noah, Jillian and the entire team. Plus the system offers much more functionality than what we were used to with our previous platform.
Cons
There are certain fields that are fixed and cannot be removed or altered. But these are just a few so it is not a huge deal.

It is really convenient to have online access to the database making it easy for me to retrieve and manage information from anywhere.

Well it is a bit annoying having to save every time as if I forget, I might lose my data.

Tracker has been really responsive to our feedback making adjustments based on our needs. It feels more like a partnership rather than them forcing us into their software's framework. After 22 years with the same ATS switching was nerve-wracking but we always felt supported by the team well. As their customer service is outstanding.
Cons
With over 20 years of data not all of our historical information transferred properly. We had to do some cleaning up but that's because of the difference between the two software systems. Any significant issues were quickly resolved by the team, who worked with us to find solutions. At first we were frustrated with things like hyperlinking, separate windows opening and timeouts but they addressed all these problems quickly and we were able to work through the system more smoothly.

I feel like this is the perfect ticket tool for those just starting out. As it provides excellent value before upgrading to pricier and feature-rich tools.
Cons
There are a few missing features but they don't really impact us when we are just starting out.

My favorite things about Tracker include its user friendly interface, customizable workflows, powerful project management tools and real-time collaboration features. Also it integrates well with tools like GitHub and Slack which makes it a versatile solution for teams of all sizes.
Cons
Some challenges I have faced with it include a steep learning curve for more advanced features, occasional glitches or bugs and missing features that other project management tools may offer. However the benefits of using it far outweigh these small drawbacks and it remains a popular choice for teams looking to streamline workflows and boost collaboration.

Pros
The help feature is fairly easy to use and the support team is highly responsive too as they gey back to us almost instantly whenever we need assistance.
Cons
No complaints here! And I am looking forward to future updates that will make managing data for both applicants and clients even easier. For example adding filters to the reporting section would be really helpful.

Without a doubt the best thing about Tracker is the customer support. As they are phenomenal at identifying issues and solutions ahead of time which has significantly improved my hiring process.
Cons

Pros
It is simple to enter candidate details whether from a resume or directly from LinkedIn. I have set it up to text candidates directly instead of using just email and it works perfectly. Also the customer service is outstanding and that is one of the main reasons I chose this tool. Overall i has been completely reliable with no glitches and regular updates.
Cons
I simply do not have the time to explore all the great tools it offers. And honestly I don't have any major issues at all!

“Among the best in the industry
Pros
When we started looking for a new ATS/CRM system we created a thorough 120 point checklist to ensure we found the best fit for our recruitment agency. I reviewed over 70 different products and completed more than 35 demos and Tracker was the one that really stood out. It checked all our boxes. It shines with its customization options, user-friendly interface and exceptional customer support. Transitioning from our old system was seamless too thanks to their team. After exploring so many other systems, its strengths were clear as they are a trusted US/UK based company, their support is top-notch and their product is very user friendly. This made it so easy to onboard new employees. The ATS and CRM systems work perfectly together and they are always improving with regular updates. Their automations, mass email campaigns, video interview integration, in-depth reporting and ability to support all types of recruitment be it executive, direct, staffing, etc make it one of the best choices for any recruiting firm. So I highly recommend it to anyone in the industry.
Cons
The main issues I have noticed are due to their fast growth. As the company expands there are times when the servers can slow down. However as they continue to invest in upgrading their servers, I am confident this will get better. One feature I would really love to see is an autosave function. While the saving alerts are helpful it would be amazing if autosave worked for both record pages and email drafts. Despite this it is still a fantastic product overall.
