Pros
Right away this software feels very user friendly. The interface is accessible, navigation is easy and it lets users get to the features they need quickly without dealing with much learning difficulty.
Cons
Every now and then small bugs show up after updates and they can briefly impact the overall user experience. They're usually minor issues but they can still be a little inconvenient until they get fixed.

“centralized tracking that keeps teams aligned”
Pros
Having everything in one centralized dashboard with real time tracking has been really helpful. It makes managing tasks, monitoring performance and keeping the team on the same page much simpler without having to jump between multiple tools.
Cons
There are times when the app slows down during peak usage and because it's cloud based it really depends on a stable internet connection to run properly.

Pros
The latest version has been a really nice upgrade. It helps me manage my team much more efficiently and the platform is very simple to use and pick up quickly.
Cons
At times it can feel a bit slow because there's so much built into it but it's manageable. Since it runs on a SaaS model that kind of occasional slowdown can happen with any software.
