“Get out before it's too late
Pros
This software itself was decent but there is no training and no customer support. They will get you hooked and then you are stuck with a foreign company based in Canada with no help. So I would say take risk if you want to deal with a stress.
Cons
There is no customer support, no training and no recharges. So once you sign you arre stuck. The service is non existent and it is one of the worst contracts we get into. So I would say avoid this company at all costs.

Pros
There is nothing I like about Tracktik. As it is complicated, slow, hard to use and causes way too many issues. I would say valiant is the best alternative and it needs to go.
Cons
The software is overly complicated. Creating a schedule involves too many steps and finding employee information takes forever. Also it is not user friendly so it just makes things even harder. It does not even integrate with Paycor for payroll so we have to do it manually. I mean where is the technology? The reporting features are a joke compared to Valiant. And there is no option for payroll by employee or location and with it you will be completely lost. And don't count on customer service as it does not exist.

“Perfect app for security
Pros
Tracktik is a great app for security service companies. Plus features like site login, reports, panic mode and live monitoring are very useful for daily operations.
Cons
I dont have many cons to mention but the user interface could definitely use some improvements.

Pros
It provides a good mix of routine tasks with some unpredictability helping us deliver live results to our employer while checking risk zones. Also it helps prevent both small and major incidents plus it provides GPS tracking for your employer. Overall it is an excellent tool for learning and a great way to challenge new employees during training.
Cons
Some people take shortcuts like scanning a door without actually checking the room and then moving on. The app does not warn you about potential risks like electrocution near electrical boxes. You also cannot cancel a checkpoint if a question was answered incorrectly and it sends the alarm directly to the officer and client. Besides, there are not many new features over time and there is no way to get a team schedule for all three shifts. So I would suggest a notification to continue rounds even after the points are completed so hot spots are not missed.

Pros
TrackTik got the job done and offered plenty of features but it felt like my company didn not make full use of all the options available.
Cons
There is no option to save drafts of reports while working on another one. Like if I am working on a patrol report and a new incident comes up, I have to submit the first report to start a new one. I should be able to put the first one aside and return to it later. For example if I am patrolling and see a car parked in a handicapped spot, I'd have to handle that separately because the patrol report is already open.

Pros
It offers a full set of customizable features, covering everything a security company needs to run operations smoothly and efficiently.
Cons
Well it is very very expensive. Plus it requires a long term contract and the onboarding and implementation costs are high. The user interface and experience are poor too. I mean it has fewer goods but more bads.

What I like most is how easy it is to use in the security sector. Plus it helps us boost visibility, productivity and competitiveness for our business.
Cons

Pros
TrackTik is excellent for managing timesheets and creating reports on the go. Overall I would say it is a fantastic tool for keeping everyone on the same page with options for creating various types of reports.
Cons
It heavily depends on cellular service. So using it in rural areas can be difficult if our carrier does not cover that area.

Pros
The software is designed to improve all aspects of security operations but it needs to work properly for that to happen and so far it is not meeting the promises it made.
Cons
Over time, it started getting more buggy, which was annoying, and it worked on fewer devices, making it difficult to control costs So I would suggest look for other options.
