“Best HR solution for skilled trades

Pros

The best part about this tool was that all the features were available right away. It's perfect for small and medium-sized businesses like ours that don't have the resources for big software implementations. It integrates smoothly with our existing payroll systems and actually works better for workforce management than the payroll system itself.

Cons

The content management feature which would let us create and manage our company listing, wasn't available yet.
