Pros

Recruitment can be tricky if we don't consider the specific traits needed for the role. It's important to check how well a candidate's natural traits match the job. This helps find the right person which leads to better work and productivity. It's a great tool because it shows a candidate's strengths and working style and compares them to what's needed for the job. This helps us understand how well they fit into our company and how we can support their growth. It also gives the person a chance to understand their working style and where they might face challenges in the role.

Cons

The thing I liked least has been fixed in the new version of TRAITS. Now, it's possible to reuse the questionnaire for someone who has changed roles without having them redo the first half of the questionnaire (Innate traits). Since innate traits hardly ever change but job roles do, this is a big improvement. The reports are also easier to read now and have less text.

Pros

Its assessments are simple to understand, quick to set up and give us helpful information when picking candidates for interviews. It also helps us come up with better questions to make the most of our time with the candidate. TRAITS also makes personal development easier. If there are any issues, the reports show where things might be going wrong and help start growth conversations.
